Sunnyslope Students in Shemer Art Center "New Horizons Student Art Exhibit"

Sunnyslope Students in Shemer Art Center "New Horizons Student Art Exhibit"
-January

One of the highlights of exhibits shown at the Shemer each year is the New Horizons high school art exhibit.  It is a great pleasure for Sunnyslope to participate in this show that highlighted the work of talented high school students from across the valley.  Michael Jablonski, a senior A.P. Art student, won the Ted Baker Merit award and $50 for his charcoal self-portrait titled, "Coming Home".  Bethany Kee-Booth, another A.P. Art student, also represented Sunnyslope with her pencil drawing titled, "Dry Elephants".  If you would like to view the show, it will be on display until February 6th at the Shemer Art Center.  Congratulations Vikings.
