Policy for Student Check-Out

Upon enrollment, the only individuals who are considered authorized to remove a student from campus are parents/guardians.  If additional parties are to be permitted to check-out a student, a special Authorized Persons for Student Check-Out form must be, NOTARIZED and remain on file with Sunnyslope High School.  It is important to note, this form needs be renewed annually, and remain current at all times.
