Senior Cooper Shillington has earned an appointment to the US Naval Academy. 
This is a impressive feat that involved much scrutiny from the selection committee; among the criteria, Cooper had to receive a nomination from his Representative from the US House of Reps. 
Representative Schweikert was only allotted 1 spot to nominate a candidate for the academy, and Cooper was his choice.
