Senior Master Sergeant Vyron McCraw

SMSgt Vyron McCraw has been at Sunnyslope since 2004. He serves as an Aerospace Science Instructor in the Air Force Junior ROTC program. He’s a graduate of Halifax County Senior High in South Boston, Virginia. After high school he immediately enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and entered the aircraft maintenance production management field. During his twenty-one years on active duty he served at locations across the country and around the world. His stateside assignments included Langley AFB VA, Tonopah Test Range NV, Nellis AFB NV, Holloman AFB NM, and Luke AFB AZ. His overseas assignment included Osan AB Republic of Korea, and Khamis Mushait AB Saudi Arabia. While serving on active duty in the Air Force, he attended St. Leo and Embry Riddle Universities. Sergeant McCraw also attended and graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a BS in Production Management. In addition to his work at Sunnyslope, Sergeant McCraw spent five years as an adjunct (part-time) computer information system instructor in the Maricopa County Community College System.
