Mr. LaRusch is a native of San Diego California.  Having finished his B.M. in Music Education at San Diego State University, he decided to move his wife, Emily, and son, Lucas, to beautiful Phoenix Arizona. He is enjoying his first year as a full time teacher after having taught privately for many years.
